Direct integrations
APIs provide structured reads and supported actions where available. For example, the Microsoft directory connection is read-only; it is not an automatic remediation channel.
Behind the service
A little of what happens behind the scenes
A storage warning brings together device history, policy and a repair. The work ends with a check on the result.
You see a laptop that works. Our team sees the context that helps keep it that way.
Storage
We involve the customer if a decision or further access is needed.
Our architecture is model-agnostic: different AI models can assist with different reasoning and interaction tasks. Njokey controls the company context, permissions and permitted execution path.
AI can be wrong. Uncertain, sensitive or high-risk work goes to an operator, and an attempted action is not treated as a verified result.
The right route depends on the system, the work and the access agreed with you. There is no assumption that every tool supports every action.

Where appropriate, controlled browser workflows can assist our team in an existing administration tool. Access and change approval still apply.
Our team uses supported device tooling and remote support to investigate endpoint problems and carry out authorised work. Hardware and physical work may need an on-site partner.
Customers don’t need to set autonomy modes. We agree authority and escalation boundaries as part of the service.
If a security update is installed, we look for the expected version. If storage is cleaned up, we check the resulting capacity. Missing or inconclusive evidence stays visible for follow-up.
Compass and our internal systems connect people, devices, applications, requests, actions and evidence so the operator can see the history. That complexity stays on our side.
Security and access controls →IT, handled.
