Our services

Everything an IT department does.
Give us the parts you want.

NjoKey looks after the technology your business relies on every day: your people, laptops, accounts, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, security, software and the problems nobody planned for. Experienced IT professionals do the work, with Compass, our AI operations system, behind them.

Start with whatever is landing on your desk.

You don’t need to map your company to a service catalogue first. Tell us what’s actually happening, and we’ll work out what it takes.

01

“Sarah starts Monday.”

We coordinate her account, access, licences, laptop and applications, so she can work on day one.

02

“James can't open the Finance drive.”

We work out whether it is broken or whether he needs access, then follow the appropriate approval.

03

“We're still paying for loads of software.”

We help map licences, users and renewals, and find what deserves a closer look.

04

“Our laptops keep becoming a mess.”

We manage enrolment, updates, applications, security settings and device health.

05

“We need Cyber Essentials.”

We assess the technical gaps, fix the areas we manage and prepare the environment for assessment.

06

“We're opening another office.”

We help plan the users, devices, connectivity, accounts, security and suppliers involved.

07

“We've no idea what to do with AI.”

We look at the repetitive work inside the business and find where automation or AI is genuinely useful.

08

“We already have an IT person.”

Good. We work alongside them and take on the operational areas consuming their time.

An IT department’s worth of help.

Grouped into five parts so the breadth stays legible. Most companies start with one or two areas and hand over more as trust builds.

Keep your people working

The everyday technology your team relies on.

When something gets in the way of work, your people have one place to go. We investigate it, keep them informed and follow it through.

01

IT support & service desk

What we look after

Slow laptops, email problems, Office and Google issues, printing, connectivity, passwords and access requests. Your team reports it once, through email or an agreed Slack channel, and we take it from there. Where a problem sits with an outside supplier, we deal with them rather than handing you a phone number.

02

Microsoft 365

What we look after

Day-to-day administration of your Microsoft 365 tenant: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, mailboxes and shared mailboxes, groups, licences, and the security and configuration settings that keep it healthy.

03

Google Workspace

What we look after

Users, groups, Gmail, Drive and Shared Drives, licences, sharing and security settings, account recovery and the everyday administration of your Google Workspace domain.

04

Business apps & SaaS

What we look after

The tools your business actually runs on, from Slack and Zoom to Adobe, Atlassian and your CRM. We help administer the ones we can support, and make sure someone owns access and knows what happens when they stop working. Coverage depends on the application and your setup.

05

Networks & connectivity

What we look after

Remote help with Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, VPNs and DNS, plus coordinating your internet provider when the line itself is the problem. Physical cabling and office installations need someone on site and are scoped separately.

Manage the workplace

The devices, accounts and equipment behind every desk.

Someone has to keep track of who has what, what they can reach and whether it still works. That someone is us.

01

Devices & endpoint management

What we look after

Enrolment, inventory, health monitoring, operating-system and application updates, configuration and encryption settings across Windows and macOS. A laptop should arrive ready to work and stay looked after, not slowly become an unmanaged liability. Remote lock or wipe is limited to supported devices and agreed authorisation.

02

Identity & access

What we look after

Accounts, groups, roles and permissions across Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace, with MFA, access reviews and joiner, mover and leaver changes. Most companies quietly accumulate people who can still reach things they no longer need. We help keep access intentional.

03

Joiners, movers & leavers

What we look after

When someone starts, changes role or leaves, we coordinate the account, email, licences, groups, applications, device and security settings that go with it, and handle handover, session revocation and device recovery on the way out. Purchases and sensitive access follow your agreed approvals.

04

Hardware & procurement

What we look after

Specifying, sourcing and preparing laptops, desktops, monitors, docks and peripherals, with warranty tracking, asset records and replacement planning. Nobody should lose an afternoon comparing laptops because someone starts next week. We do not hold stock; equipment is bought against your approval.

05

Software licensing & cost visibility

What we look after

A clear picture of what software you pay for, who actually uses it and what renews when. You should not find out during a renewal that you are still paying for people who left months ago. This is about visibility and better decisions, not a promise of savings.

Protect the business

Practical protection, with clear boundaries.

You are trusting us with the tools your business runs on. We treat security as part of the everyday service, and we are honest about where it ends.

01

Cybersecurity

What we look after

Security baseline configuration, endpoint protection, patching, MFA and identity security, email and phishing protection, access reviews and suspicious-activity investigation, with account containment where authorised. Specialist incident response, MDR or SOC coverage is a separate service, and we do not claim to prevent every attack.

02

Monitoring & proactive maintenance

What we look after

Reporting a problem should not be the only way we learn about one. We watch supported systems for signals about device health, storage, updates, security posture and backup state, then investigate the ones that matter. Notice, understand, decide, act where appropriate, check the result and record it.

03

Backup, recovery & continuity

What we look after

Understanding what is backed up and what is not, where it lives, how long it is kept and whether the last backup actually worked. A backup is only useful if somebody knows it worked and knows how to get the data back. Where backup systems are integrated we monitor state and help with restores; recovery depends on the coverage in place.

04

Cyber Essentials & compliance readiness

What we look after

Help understanding the technical controls behind frameworks such as Cyber Essentials: device and software inventory, patch and MFA posture, administrator access and firewall configuration. We fix the gaps we manage and organise the evidence for assessment. We help you prepare for certification; the certificate itself comes from a licensed assessor.

Run IT properly

The parts nobody notices until they are missing.

IT should not live entirely inside one person's memory. We build and keep a working picture of your environment, and we own the relationships that keep it running.

01

IT documentation & asset visibility

What we look after

A maintained record of your people, devices, applications, accounts, suppliers, licences, networks and the configurations that matter, including who owns what and the history behind it. This is what lets both our team and Compass act quickly instead of rediscovering your setup every time.

02

Supplier & vendor coordination

What we look after

When a problem sits with your internet provider, a software vendor or a hardware manufacturer, we deal with them so you do not have to. One place to go, even when the answer is somewhere else.

03

IT strategy & fractional IT leadership

What we look after

For companies without a CIO or IT manager, someone thinking about what your technology needs to do next: a practical roadmap, budget and replacement planning, security priorities, vendor choices, and the technology side of growth, office moves and AI adoption.

Move forward

Room to improve, not just maintain.

Once the everyday is handled, the interesting question is what to change. Larger pieces of work are scoped separately, so they never quietly eat into the monthly service.

01

Projects & migrations

What we look after

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations, tenant consolidation, device refreshes, office moves, network upgrades and larger rollouts. These are planned and quoted as projects rather than absorbed into day-to-day support.

02

Cloud & infrastructure

What we look after

Depending on your environment and agreed scope, administration of cloud resources, servers, virtual machines, DNS, domains and identity infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and AWS. Ongoing engineering and specialist cloud work are scoped as projects, not assumed in per-user support.

03

Automation & AI adoption

What we look after

The repetitive administrative work inside a business is often worth removing. If someone spends every Monday copying information between three systems, that is worth a conversation. We help identify the onboarding, approvals, requests and reporting that technology can safely simplify, while keeping approval and accountability in place.

Joiners, movers & leavers

Sarah starts Monday.
We’ll get her ready.

We coordinate identity, email, groups, applications, devices and security settings. Purchases and sensitive permissions go through the agreed approval process.

When someone changes role or leaves, we manage access changes, handover and device reassignment against the agreed plan.

Njokey, at workIllustrative example

A manager

Sarah starts next Monday in Finance. Can you get everything ready?

We’ll coordinate her IT setup.

Quietly, on our sideExample paused
  1. Role, device and accounts agreed
  2. Purchases and sensitive access approved
  3. Email, groups and applications prepared
  4. Device, policies and access checked
Njokey

We’ve picked this up. We’ll let you know when it’s sorted.

Illustrative example

Two ways to
work with us.

Whether or not you already have someone doing IT, we can take responsibility for the right parts. Both are quoted the same way.

Fully managed

For companies without an internal IT team

NjoKey becomes the place your people and your management go for day-to-day technology. We take responsibility for the whole of it, from the first support request to the plan for next year.

Co-managed

For companies that already have IT

We work alongside your existing person or team and take responsibility for the operational areas consuming their time, such as support, onboarding, endpoint and Microsoft administration, monitoring or security work. They keep control of the areas they want to keep.

Remote-first,
because work has changed.

Laptops, cloud accounts and business applications mean much of everyday IT can be diagnosed, administered and resolved remotely.

Broken hardware, cabling and office installations need someone on site. We can coordinate appropriate assistance where available; field work and major projects are agreed separately.

Identity & security

MFA adoption, access reviews, account assistance, security configuration and suspicious-activity investigation. Specialist MDR or SOC services are separate where required.

Backup & recovery

Monitor backup state where integrated, assist with restores and review retention settings. Recovery depends on the backup services and coverage in place.

Business applications

We confirm which tools we can support and administer. Service coverage does not imply a direct software integration with every vendor.

IT, handled.

Let’s take IT off your plate.

Tell us what’s getting in the way of work. We’ll talk through how we can help.
