Njokey provides remote-first managed IT for UK businesses, typically with 10–100 employees. We help with support, devices, accounts, applications, security and ongoing maintenance.
We combine practical human support with Compass, our AI-powered operations system, to investigate problems and coordinate work. We agree responsibilities, permissions and coverage with each customer before taking it on.
Some customers hand us everything. Others already have an IT person and ask us to take the operational load off their desk. We work both ways.
